For these purposes, we use third-party cookies, specifically, the statistical information prepared by “Google Analytics”. In this regard, Cipherbit does not use cookies to collect personal information from USERS, nor does it record access IP addresses. The information obtained is completely anonymous and can in no case be associated with a specific and identified USER.
For their part, “YouTube” cookies are used for the correct integration of videos on our website. Although these cookies are predominantly Marketing type, at this moment, and only temporarily, they are categorized as Functional as we are working to solve some functional problems that prevent saving USER preferences.

Information Security
Cipherbit relies on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) systems to achieve its business objectives. Therefore, the company is aware that these systems must be managed diligently, taking appropriate measures to protect them against accidental or deliberate damage that may affect the availability, authenticity, traceability, integrity, or confidentiality of the information processed or the services provided.
Cipherbit has opted for an Information Security Management System based on ENS medium level throughout the company, so the Information Security Policy is adapted to the provisions of CCN-STIC 805 of September 2011.
The objective of information security is to guarantee the quality of information and the continuous provision of services, acting preventively, supervising daily activity, and reacting promptly to security incidents. Cipherbit‘s ICT systems must be protected against rapidly evolving threats that affect the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, traceability, or availability, intended use, and value of information and services. To defend against these threats, a security strategy is required that adapts to changes in environmental conditions to ensure the continuous provision of services. This implies that departments must apply the minimum security measures required by the applicable legal framework, as well as continuously monitor service levels, track and analyze reported vulnerabilities, and prepare an effective response to incidents to ensure the continuity of services provided.
To this end, the Information Security Policy establishes that:
This policy embodies the commitment of Cipherbit‘s Senior Management regarding information security, and its provisions are mandatory for the entire organization.
The entire organization has responsibilities regarding Information Security.
The security requirements imposed by clients for the products or services provided to them must be met at all times and cover their entire lifecycle.
The different departments must ensure that ICT security is an integral part of each stage of the lifecycle of Cipherbit‘s systems, products, or services, from their conception to their withdrawal from service, including development or acquisition decisions and operational activities.
Cybersecurity requirements and cybersecurity funding needs, when necessary, must be identified by the different departments and included in resource planning, bids, and tender specifications for Cipherbit projects.
